Our Story
In 2019, a traumatic event completely changed my life. After it happened, I became depressed and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder. No matter what I tried to do, my mind constantly relived the negative experience. Until I discovered reiki. Reiki put me on the path to be assertive once again and live the life I wanted for myself and my daughter. So, I became a certified reiki practitioner, and it forced me to be present—so I could become my former self.
For Christmas that year, I did something special for everyone in my life. My daughter loves do-it-yourself projects, so we made homemade candles as gifts. These candles were made with essential oils and crystals designed for relaxation, spiritual cleansing, and more.
